Let’s work together on something interesting!
I bring certain qualities to any project i’m on:
— MENTAL STAMINA: I’m not an easy-quitter, whether I like what I’m doing or not. It’s obvious to anyone who knows me well, but has also turned up as a strong result on cognitive/personality tests I’ve taken. I got up to Second Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and competed at a national level as a teenager, which gave me a pretty strong sense of self-discipline.
— OPEN-MINDEDNESS: I always consider things from different perspectives before taking action, and am conscious of how my actions affect those around me. I’ve been in positions that require strategic thinking, so this is a quality that helps me make good, though not always the fastest, decisions.
— HUMOR: Almost all the creative projects I’m involved with involve comedy and usually mean I’m collaborating with some of NYC’s veteran stand-ups.
— INTRINSIC DRIVE: I’m naturally high energy and believe in myself. I don’t presume things will be easy, but I approach things with a positive attitude and confidence that’s not built on affirmations, but previous success. Of course, I’m proven wrong sometimes, but I always try to appreciate the lessons and gains even when something doesn’t go as planned. I’m competitive, but not unscrupulous.
— GENUINELY KIND: I’ve always been drawn to helping people, and feel great knowing I’ve helped someone along in life one way or another. I have a small business that focuses on doing this in a few different ways, and I also volunteer from time to time. I hope to share some of the things that have helped me overcome difficulties with people in hopes they can get what they want out of life.
